SAP EWM Architect (Mundelein)

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Advanced knowledge of warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, labor management, inventory management, and value-added services.
• Deep hands-on expertise with SAP EWM configuration, RF framework, and integration with SAP S / 4HANA and SAP ERP systems.
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP EWM implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Ability to design and document detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on direct solution delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and leadership.
• Proven ability to translate between business requirements and technical solutions, bridging executives, business teams, and IT.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments.
• SAP EWM certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as MS Teams.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Availability for 10-15% overnight domestic travel.
