Job Description

The IT leader SAP ERP Applications for Supply Chain Planning, Sourcing, and Manufacturing will lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP ERP applications and solutions focused on supply chain planning, sourcing, and manufacturing.

This individual will collaborate closely with business process experts to ensure SAP ERP applications solutions aligns with strategic business goals, enables end-to-end process transformation, and supports continuous innovation.

This role is accountable for overseeing the migration to SAP Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, with a strong focus on leveraging agentic AI to modernize and optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define, execute, and own the SAP ERP roadmap in alignment with enterprise supply chain goals and in line with organization's Supply Chain IT strategy.
• Collaborate with business process experts, and lead implementation and continuous improvement initiatives of SAP ERP applications particularly in areas of supply chain planning, sourcing, and manufacturing.
• Evaluate and deploy best-in-class technologies including emerging technologies like agentic AI to enable transformation of overall supply chain planning, sourcing and manufacturing capabilities, streamline business processes and productivity.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $140,000 USD - $220,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
