The Sell Agent Customer Experience is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.
The Sell Agent Customer Experience reports to the Driveway Sell Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Driveway website concierge / brand promise expert : Customer Concierge : Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forwardCoordinates virtual inspection using our inspection applicationCoordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer’s home.
Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM / emailMaintain activity log
Other duties as assigned
