We are looking for a seasoned sustainability consultant who has experience with LEED ® Certification and other third party certification programs to join our growing fully remote team as a (Senior) Project Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the client's point of contact for new construction projects in different phases of development
- Develop documentation and exhibits to satisfy the specified requirements for those projects
- Review product submittals in order to determine compliance with healthy materials requirements
- Regularly coordinate with project team architect, contractors, and subcontractors to access information
- Attend regular conference calls and satisfy monthly client reporting requirements
- Organize, submit, and adjudicate the sustainability close-out documentation
- Contribute to once weekly all hands and sustainability team specific meetings
Ideal Qualifications
- LEED GA and LEED AP
- Guiding Principles Compliance Professional (GBCP)
- 5-10 years with third party certification program consulting for new construction projects
