Qualifications :
- 2+ years of HVAC service manager experience
- Must have operations experience
- High School Diploma or greater
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Must have strong skillset in commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
- Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork, modifications and design
- Ability to train technicians and oversee a team
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Some travel is necessary with this position
- Solid computer skills is a must
- Bilingual is a plus, although not mandatory
- Must have stable background / work history to be considered for this position
