Shipping & Receiving Clerk.
GENERAL SUMMARY : Receive inbound / outbound conveyances within the MGO system recording, finalizing, and ensuring inventory integrity of material within the four walls of the company. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Review all incoming documentation covering supplier shipments to Company
- Review all outbound documentation covering shipments to GM
- Set up transportation as directed by GM utilizing the Active Aero web portal
- Print and issue daily picks to the floor for outbound shipments
- Send and Receive ASN’s as required utilizing GM’s MGO system
- Enter all receipts for parts and supply items in Company ERP
- Execute daily dock schedule and update all inbound and outbound information as required
