CompanyOverview : Our client has anexciting opportunity for a Construction Laborer with successful andprogressive experience in performing various manual tasksassociated with constructionoperations.
PositionSummary : The successfulcandidate shall have a minimum of 2 years of Constructionexperience
Responsibilities :
- Mustunderstand and comply with all Company safety policies andprocedures
- Clean or prepareconstruction sites to eliminate possiblehazards
- Excavate by hand ditches ortrenches backfill excavations or compact and level earth to gradespecifications using picks shovels pneumatic tampers orrakes
- Position join align or sealstructural components such as concrete wall sections orpipes
- Load unload or identifybuilding materials machinery or tools distributing them to theappropriate locations according to project plans orspecifications
- Position or dismantleforms for pouring concrete using saws hammersetc.
- Complete equipment reports onrack truck compressors
- Must haveknowledge and understanding of the procedures to use the tools andequipment safely andproperly
- Organize and maintain tooltrailers in a neat and orderlyfashion
Qualifications :
- 2years of constructionexperience
- Must be able to followverbal instructions
- Maintain goodhealth status and flexibility to bend push pull stoop and / ortwist
- Must be able to performstrenuous work in varying weatherconditions
- Valid DriversLicense
