Your New Role

As a Building Maintenance Specialist, you’ll be the cornerstone of our facilities' functionality and aesthetics. Your hands-on expertise will ensure that our buildings not only look impeccable but also operate at peak efficiency.

You’ll be tackling everything from general facility repairs to emergency building damage response. If you can frame, install drywall, paint, install flooring, repair roofs, and even handle snow removal and landscaping, then you’re exactly who we need.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in carpentry or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques for various building systems and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in carpentry work, such as saws, drills, chisels, and sanders.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Availability to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies on occasion.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license before employment.
• Must be willing to travel and stay out of town.
