What you’ll do :
As a Technical Project Manager is responsible for partnering with business and technical teams in establishing project teams and providing overall direction for the technology development components of projects from initiation through to delivery.
Responsibilities :
Manage multiple projects, tasks, and teams under deadlines often with short notice, using strong project management skills to effectively manage budget, time, and resources.
Practical use of effective communications, sound judgement, creation / management of project schedules, risk management and all other applicable supporting project management documents and methodologies (charter, stakeholder register, risk / assumptions / issue / decision log, project kick-off presentations, turn-to-support, project close out documents, etc.).
- Gather required data from key stakeholders to evaluate goals, objectives, and scope to communicate as
- appropriate and to create technical specifications, current-state and future-state data, workflow mapping,
- and business / use cases.
- Manage and enhance LifePoint’s real estate documents and contracts management capabilities.
- Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments, host meetings, create agendas and minutes, and escalate risks as appropriate to ensure all targets and requirements are met.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team members, facilitate effective team interaction, foster relationships with business stakeholders, seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, and manage business stakeholder expectations.
- Compile and maintain deliverable repositories for project documents and best practices.
Qualifications
What you’ll need :
- Education : Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience : Minimum 5 years
- Certifications : PMP Preferred
