Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Typist to join our team as a remote worker. As a Data Entry Typist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining a large volume of data into our systems.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data and update records accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
- Review and compare source documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain files and records in a systematic manner.
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity and security.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Respond to data entry-related inquiries or requests in a timely manner.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data and work within tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with data entry software and databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Only United States and Canada residents.
