Overview
To provide executive management with accurate, reliable and timely financial information
needed to run the business effectively.
Responsibilities
Maintain appropriate accounting systems to ensure the complete, accurate, and timely
reporting of financial information in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory
agencies.
Analyze general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly,
and annual basis.
Produce timely and accurate financial statements and reports consistent with company
procedures.
Provide financial analysis of operations to identify areas for cost reduction, improved
cash flow, and revenue enhancement.
Supervise, direct, and oversee the activities of Accounts Payable and General Ledger
staff, ensuring that work is performed to consistently meet goals and objectives.
Carry out special projects as assigned by the Management Team relating to the
financial operation of the business. Work closely with other departments to ensure a
smooth, efficient financial operation.
Manage financial accounting software products providing guidance, training, and
testing for all application upgrades or new software considerations.
- Prepares for quarterly and annual audits of the company
- Maintains working knowledge of all commission and bonus programs; calculates
weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payouts.
Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.

Analytical, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills; PC proficient (Microsoft Office
Preferred)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred. Proven analytical
background.
