Position Overview :
The Manager, Global Benefits and Wellness is an essential role at C&D Trojan responsible to oversee and optimize our company's benefits, wellness programs, and relocation policies on a global scale.
You’ll leverage your strategic and hands-on Benefits & Wellness experience and knowledge to elevate our Benefits programs for over 1800 employees including EMEA and LATAM.
This position plays a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention by providing comprehensive and competitive benefits packages, promoting employee wellness initiatives, and facilitating smooth relocation processes.
Responsibilities :
Be a leader. Develop and implement global benefits strategies : Design and manage competitive and cost-effective benefits programs that align with the organization's objectives and comply with relevant regulations.
Continuously assess market trends and benchmark against industry standards to enhance our benefits offerings.
Be creative. Promote employee wellness : Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive wellness initiatives aimed at promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being across the organization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to provide resources, activities, and incentives that support a healthy and balanced lifestyle for employees.
Be a subject matter expert. Provide guidance and support : Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees regarding benefits, wellness, and relocation matters.
Offer guidance on program offerings, eligibility requirements, and best practices.
Stay connected. Ensure compliance and regulatory adherence : Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends related to benefits, wellness, and relocation.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies across all jurisdictions where the organization operates.
Be a partner. Oversee global relocation processes : Lead and streamline the relocation process for employees transferring domestically and internationally.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, and Finance, to ensure seamless relocation experiences for employees and their families.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with relocation service providers.
Think with analytics in mind. Analyze and optimize programs : Utilize data analytics and employee feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of benefits, wellness programs, and relocation policies.
Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to better meet the needs and preferences of employees while maximizing the company's investment.
Handle the day to day. Create partnerships with the external vendors to ensure effective operations and targeted communications to employees to enhance understanding of the benefit programs and processes.
Basic Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
- 5+ years of experience with preferred experience managing global benefits, wellness programs, and / or relocation services.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.
g., Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) preferred.
- Experience managing a team is preferred.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, including health and welfare plans, retirement savings programs, and voluntary benefits.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to benefits, wellness, and relocation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
- Proven project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
