Job Overview
The Pam McCarthy Agency of American Family Insurance is seeking a dedicated Client Advisor to join our team 3 days a week in Farmington, MN.
At The Pam McCarthy Agency, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and fostering a positive work environment.
While this role is not remote, it offers a unique opportunity to engage with clients face-to-face and build lasting relationships within the community.
As a Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with quotes, offering coverages and / or policies to prevent gaps in coverage.
Your role is vital in ensuring a seamless customer experience and upholding our commitment to excellence. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients, our agency wants to meet you!
Requirements
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building positive client relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
- Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software applications.
- Successfully complete and pass MN State Property / Casualty and Life Licensing prior to start date.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery by listening to customers' needs and offering solutions that meet their requirements.
- Aid clients in understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and uphold the company's standards of service excellence.
This position is an Agency Team Member working for the Agency Owner and is not an employee of American Family Insurance.
