• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) willprovide daily support to the unit leadership & respondappropriately / timely to resident / family needs within the LPN scopeof practice
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) willuse nursing process judgment & skills to set prioritiesnecessary to deliver quality direct resident care & makedecisions promoting the safety / quality direct care toresidents
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) willperform / administer standard nursing treatments and / or medications& observes resident for desired or unwantedeffects
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) willcommunicate & collaborate with appropriate member(s) within thecare team to revise / update the Nursing Care Plan or any pertinentfindings including lab / test results incidents & / orconcerns
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) monitor& document vitals treatments administered & residentsresponses
• Prepare organize oversee monitor& evaluate delivery of care of resident CNA assignments &activities considering the category of needs & competency ofpersonnel

Requirements :

• Graduate of an approved school ofNursing
• Licensed & currently registered ingood standing in New York as an LPN
• Dedicatedto providing extraordinary clinically sound & compassionatecare
• Must possess a spirit of cooperationcaring & enthusiasm to create an atmosphere conducive torehabilitation & optimal residenthealth
• Genuinely interested in helping illinjured disabled elderly emotionally upset & sometimeschallenging residents
• Have excellentcommunication customer service & organizationskills
• Work well under pressure & willingto work harmoniously with allstaff
