Role Overview : As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on organic and paid strategies, including social media management, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to elevate our presence on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with our audience to foster a sense of community and belonging around our brand.
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content, brand collaborations, and community-driven initiatives to amplify our message and reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to launch new products and initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand values and community interests.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and blogs to engage with our audience and drive traffic to our website and other sales channels.
- Identify, establish, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to develop strategic partnerships and amplify our brand message, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other social media platforms to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize for maximum ROI.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in growth marketing, with a focus on email marketing and paid advertising for Google and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing concepts, with experience working with Shopify, Amazon, and other online sales channels.
- Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and personalization.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies specifically targeted towards the US market, with a strong understanding of consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other social media platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
