JobDescription
We are looking forRemote Travel Specialist you are responsible for accurately andefficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (e.g.smartphone email etc.).
A TravelSpecialist is the primary point of contact for the client and willbe responsible for handling all booking needs for travelers bothbusiness and leisure while providing exceptional customer serviceto exceed clients expectations.
In addition you have access to sellpackage options tours event tickets and more. No experience isrequired as all training and certifications areprovided.

Responsibilities :
Prepare plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited toairline car rental cruises hotels andticket / events)
Provide exceptional customer service toclients
Maintain relationships with travel partners andvendors
Workwell in a group / teamsetting
Stayup to date on the travel industry andpolicies
Collect and enter data into our software and maintain clientfiles
Complete required certification within a timelymanner
Complete ongoing training with our company and travelpartners
Qualifications :
Must have a smartphone with reliable internetaccess
Laptop or desktop computer (highly recommend however not required)with reliable internetaccess
Mustbe at least 18 years ofage
Mustreside in the United States
