Helps set tone in the office and builds and maintains office culture. Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to clinical team on clinical process and preferences.
Markets to new attain new and maintain existing referrals. Examining, diagnosing, and treating the nerve and dental tissue of a patient’s teeth Administering anesthetics Performing root canals and various endodontic surgeries such as apicoectomies Addressing traumatic dental injuries Staying up to date with new trends Qualifications Surgical experience preferred DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
