Job Summary :
The Service Porter at Frank Kent Motor Company is an integral member of our customer service team in the automotive industry.
This full-time, individual contributor role is based in Arlington, Texas and offers a competitive salary of $15 to $20 per hour, paid weekly.
As a Service Porter, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our service department.

Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome customers to the service department in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their service needs and answer any questions they may have
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles in an organized and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service department, including the service drive, waiting area, and restrooms
- Wash and detail customer vehicles as needed
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of service appointments
- Record accurate mileage and fuel levels of customer vehicles upon check-in and check-out
- Assist with any other tasks or projects as assigned by management
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
