Job Title : Senior Program Manager

Location : Washington, DC (Onsite)

Duration : 1 Year Contract

Position Responsibilities :

• Organizing programs and activities by the mission and goals of the organization.
• Developing data-sharing policies and new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Creating and managing long-term goals.
• Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
• Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
• Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities and data quality and accuracy.
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Selecting and implementing the appropriate software tools.
• Defining data governance policies.
• Establishing data quality standards.
• Aligning data management practices with business objectives.
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
• Analyzing program risks.
• Working on strategy with the marketing team.

Position Duties :

• Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
• Manages teams of contract Support Personnel at multiple locations.
• Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
• Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
• Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.

Must have :

• 16+ yrs. in progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in enterprise environment
• 16+ yrs. managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for entire project lifecycle
• Proven experience in program management
• 16+ yrs. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
• Selecting and implementing the appropriate software tools
• Proficiency in Tableau, Azure, Cloud, workflow management, SQL, non-SQL database and building data warehouse.
• Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.

Experience required :

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Azure, Cloud, workflow management, SQL, non-SQL databases, and building data warehouses.
• Proven experience in program management.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Understanding of project management.
