Strategic Accounts Executive Capital Projects Job Summary

we are seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to work directly with large Oil & Gas and Engineering companies supporting the selection of company products for a specific application, actively identifying, tracking projects to achieve sales goals.

You will work closely with customer engineering and procurement providing technical and commercial support on valves, automation, and controls during the front-end, engineering and design of a project.

Strategic Accounts Executive Capital Projects Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to the inside sales team during the proposal preparation to make sure that client expectations are met
  • Identify, track, and support projects from FEED through to order execution to ensure company success with all necessary internal and external stakeholders
  • Position company for success through specification, technical and commercial influence relating to the products portfolio covering EPC’s, major Oil & Gas companies, and associated capital projects
  • Work directly with large Oil & Gas companies including to understand their capital spend and increase company AML presence

Strategic Accounts Executive Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in an Engineering discipline or similar technical training
  • 2 - 4 years of proven sales experience working with valve, automation and controls sales or industrial / technological products
  • Engineering or Management degree with 15+ years in Sales or Business Development leadership
  • Proven track record in managing and growing relationships with leading Oil & Gas and Petrochemical majors
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of ERP systems
  • Key competencies : Integrity, Strategic Agility, Customer Focus, Communication, Teamwork, Resilience, Business Acumen
