Job Description :
We are looking for skilled and reliable Forklift Operators to join our team for both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role involves working in a cold storage facility, similar to working in a refrigerator.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
Shift Options :
- 1st Shift : 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday OR Tuesday - Saturday
- 2nd Shift : 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM, Monday - Friday OR Tuesday - Saturday
Responsibilities :
- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
- Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
- Assist in physical inventories and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Previous experience operating forklifts.
- Ability to work in cold storage conditions.
- Must pass a 9-panel drug test (No THC).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits :
- Competitive pay with a $0.50 - $1.00 raise after 4 months upon becoming a permanent employee.
- Additional $1.00 per hour for working on Saturdays.
