Job Description
What You Will Be Doing :
Litigation Management :
- Manage day-to-day litigation tasks, including discovery and motions practice.
- Oversee and conduct depositions.
Legal Research and Writing :
- Conduct high-level legal research.
- Draft and review legal documents, motions, and briefs.
Communication :
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and court officials.
- Present cases in court as needed.
Client Counseling :
- Provide strategic advice to clients regarding patent litigation.
- Counsel clients on patent-related matters and legal strategies.
Experience You Will Need :
Patent Litigation Experience :
- 6-10 years of high-level patent litigation experience.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with running day-to-day litigation tasks, including discovery and motions practice.
- Deposition experience is essential.
- USPTO registration.
- Technical education background.
