Key Responsibilities Develop and nurture strong relationships with commercial clients, serving as their main point of contact for insurance needs and inquiries.
Evaluate clients' business operations and risk exposure to recommend the most suitable insurance coverage options. Oversee policy renewals, endorsements, and related administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
Assist clients through the claims process, working to secure timely and fair resolutions. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications Experience as an Insurance Agent or related role. Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
