Flagship Capital Management. located in Media, PA, is a privately held Registered Investment
Advisor founded in 1990. Flagship utilizes a team approach to provide understandable, prudent
unbiased financial solutions to meet the needs of its clients. Flagship clients include : individuals,
endowments and retirement plans.
Summary of Services
Flagship, working with its clients develops an investment policy based upon the investment
needs and goals of the client. The investment policy will be tailored to conform with the risk
profile, return objectives and time horizon for the client’s assets.
We utilize in-house investment selection to create targeted portfolios of assets designed to
provide capital preservation and appreciation along with income and liquidity. Flagship employs
both fundamental and technical methods of analysis when selecting securities and managers for
inclusion in its’ portfolios.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Investment Advisor at Flagship Capital Management. The Associate Investment Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients with financial planning, providing investment advice and strategies, and offering exceptional customer service.
Administrator services will also be expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
- Knowledge of Investment Strategies and Finance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Series 65 must be obtained within 6 months
- Strong Excel skills required
- Knowledge of Advyzon Portfolio Software a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CFP or CFA are a plus
