As the Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing, you will be expected to support all strategic marketing initiatives. What will excite us most is your enthusiasm to tackle projects and creativity and innovation that will make us stand out from the rest of the industry.
This role requires the person to be a strong communicator often working cross-functionally. They should also be consistently focusing on exceeding results and expectations - not just meeting them.

This gig is based at VVHQ - our swanky Virgin Voyages Head Office in Plantation, FL where we follow a hybrid work environment.
We can't wait to 'sea' you in person during our Collaboration Days, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while you enjoy Mondays and Fridays' as remote days.
What You'll Be Up To :
Integrated Marketing & Planning
- Partner with the Director of Integrated Marketing to ideate, develop and implement 360 marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and consideration and support all business initiatives
- Contribute to the development of Integrated Marketing annual and quarterly planning
- Work with all channel owners (CRM, social media, paid media, etc.) to develop campaign plans and asset specifications that will bring the brand to life across all channels
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including commercial innovation, revenue management, trade sales and external agencies to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Other duties as assigned
Brand Marketing
- Implement brand positioning strategies and differentiate our offerings in the market.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, voice, and visuals across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Utilize and interpret audience research and competitor and industry insights to develop the creative brief and positioning for all integrated campaigns
- Work closely with Creative Studio team to provide sound guidance and alignment on strategy and execution
- Collaborate with brand creative team (content creators, designers, and other stakeholders) to develop compelling marketing assets and collateral.
- Bring to life the Virgin brand DNA insatiable curiosity, smart disruption, heartfelt service, delightfully suspiring, red hot relevance with a little cheekiness along the way
Merchandising & Promotions
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies and processes to optimize product presentation, assortment, and placement for maximum impact and sales effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent merchandising and messaging across all digital marketing channels and touchpoints, including but not limited to E-commerce, CRM, Trade and Onboard.
- Analyze data-driven insights to continuously optimize merchandising performance, drive actionable improvements and deliver consistent, insightful reporting to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring Brand consistency and to identify opportunities for enhanced customer experience.
- Execution of the organization's promotional strategy and calendar across marketing efforts to increase sales and drive engagement across channels.
SuperPowers Required :
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field of study
- 7+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Demonstrated leadership experience solving complex problems
- An innovators mindset with the ability to leverage data for action
- Excellent communication skills required, verbal and written
- Must be able to juggle several high priority tasks at one time
