Key Contributions

  • Entry level dispatcher to help cover our team, continue to ensure the field is efficient and tasks are being done effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, remain calm under stressful emergency situations, be able to think clearly, and quickly take action with little supervision.
  • Due to the nature of the role, the ability to multitask is crucial.
  • Day shift is Monday through Friday with rotating weekends.
  • Note : Hours will vary depending on changes with the company

Primary Functions as a Dispatcher :

  • Review all booked calls to ensure the proper job types, tags, skills, arrival windows, and priorities are used.
  • Assisting and providing support to fellow dispatchers (Teamwork)
  • Prior dispatch experience required
  • Work with Dispatch Pro to maximize profitability.
  • Create and assign Service Titan office tasks to document and resolve customer issues, complaints, or refund requests.
  • Maintain an accurate priority list on availability tracker so as not to over or under book any given day.
  • Communicating with direct manager of any necessary issues, concerns or problems
  • Communicating with the call center manager when additional calls are needed for the field technicians daily. (Code Red)
  • Assist CCR in answering the phones when requested by a manager.
  • Maintain and assure accuracy of technicians work schedules, on call, days off and approved time off are up to date and entered correctly in Service Titan, contingent on management sending out the schedule
  • Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.
  • Dispatching Functions
  • Monitor job alerts to ensure that all jobs are able to be matched with a technician's skill, zone, and drive time.
  • Update job durations throughout the day to ensure that the board always reflect what you expect to have happen.
  • Ensure that all high priority and urgent jobs are marked as such and are being assigned and scheduled by Dispatch Pro.
  • Monitor GPS to confirm that technician locations match Service Titan.
  • As parts are needed, book return jobs, monitor the status of the pending parts, and periodically update the customer.
  • Update customers throughout the day as to the status of their technician's arrival.
  • Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
