About the team
The Stripe BaaS team enables users to build and launch successful card programs and financial features into their product using powerful programmatic APIs.
The team creates the infrastructure, user facing abstractions, and partner integrations needed to manage the lifecycle of a card, enable money movement, and increase spend.

What you’ll do
As Product Manager for Stripe Dashboard Experiences, you will lead our nascent, but strategically critical, efforts to build early stage financial products into the Stripe Dashboard.
We are looking for a strong UX-minded and highly resourceful PM to rapidly build and iterate solutions to help users receive best-in-class financial products directly on Stripe.
This is a highly complex and challenging role that will require you to deeply understand user needs and collaborate across internal and partner teams to build and launch a seamless product experience at scale.
We need a strong UX-focused Product Manager with expertise in crafting intuitive and delightful user experiences. This Product Manager will spend significant time with users to deeply understand their needs and experiences, Stripe leadership to discuss strategy and roadmap, and cross-functional internal stakeholders to build compliant and scalable products.
Responsibilities
- Lead our efforts to build and iterate early stage financial products in the Stripe Dashboard
- Shape the direction and product strategy for helping users receive financial products through Stripe
- Collaboratively partner with other Stripe teams (engineering, design, legal, risk, compliance, etc.) early in the product development lifecycle and jointly shape product plans that lead with delightful and helpful user experiences
- Own the roadmap and go to market, with product marketing, of your BaaS product area
- Act as the voice of the user in product and API designs, gathering direct feedback from customers
- Ensure we’re building in a scalable, performant way

Minimum requirements
- Brings 10+ years of experience in a product role
- Strong focus on user-experiences, from front-end UI through developer docs and technical integrations
- Has domain knowledge in financial products, particularly card issuing, financial systems, and money movement rails
- Has experience building platform and / or API products
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
- Can put themselves in the shoes of their users and be a steward of crafting great experiences
Hybrid work at Stripe
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.
Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $214,300 - $321,500. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions / sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
