Soccer Shots is looking for a passionate part-time soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8.

Currently searching for 5 coaches for our Louisville program that can coach any of the following :

• Weekday evening programs (4.30pm onwards)
• Not all weekday availability is required for hire
• Be able to travel / work in the Middletown area of Louisville
• Comfortable in a pre-school, daycare, school or park program setting.
• Looking to hire within 10 days of initial interview
• Must currently live in Louisville area

• We provide our premier children's soccer experiences through 35-40 minute sessions at schools, childcare centers and park programs.
• We operate all year round (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter) and assign classes over the course of a season.

The Job :

• Engage children aged 2-8 with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Arrive to classes on time, commit to the season length.
• Conduct soccer sessions including setup and takedown.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement.
• Utilize Soccer Shots curriculum and teaching techniques.
• Lead groups of 10-12 kids for 35-40 minute classes.
• Follow safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

Qualifications :

• No prior sports / coaching experience required (We provide paid training) .
• Energetic, reliable, organized.
• Drivers license.
• Access to reliable transportation (car).
• Ability to stand, jog, and model childrens soccer skills.
• High school degree.
