About the Job
We need a physical therapy manager to join our growing practice. We prefer at least 2 years of clinical outpatient experience for this roll.
The manager will receive plenty of training and ongoing mentorship by the owners to excel in this position. The manager will be mainly responsible for providing patient care;
about 75% of the time and the remainder will be devoted to management of the practice. The position includes monthly profit sharing.
Duties Include :
- Direct oversight of all clinical teammates
- Performing evaluations and treatment of patients 1 : 1. Developing and implementing treatment plans. (About 75% of time).
- Maintaining a productive schedule and coordination of supporting staff.
- Uphold practices policies and procedures
- Referral generation through marketing to referring providers and the community
- Ensure quality patient care
- Ensure patient notes and billing are completed by all providers daily
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the practice
- Review weekly and monthly stats to ensure productivity
- Coordinate monthly team meetings with staff and owners

We are a Physical Therapist owned private practice located in Yuba City California. We have a beautiful facility in a great location in town with easy parking access.
Our practice has been open for seven years now and we have had a huge impact in our community for being one of the top PT providers.
The owners of the clinic love to educate and mentor their staff to be better clinicians through in-services and hands on training.
Continuing education assistance is also provided. We offer orthopedic therapy, balance therapy, vestibular therapy and pelvic floor therapy.
We perform manual therapy techniques, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue techniques, tailored exercised programs and more.
Evaluations are 1 hour long with the patient and treatments are 30 minutes with the patient. We do utilize PT aides for additional help with the patients.
A bit about the Yuba City area :
There are many beautiful surrounding areas within a 1-hour drive of Yuba City where you can do all sorts of outdoor activities.
There are many great hiking and biking trails, lakes and rivers nearby. Sacramento is about 50 minutes away.
Requirements : Must be a licensed PT in the state of California along with a CPR certificate.
Job Types : Full-time
Pay : $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year. Also, monthly profit sharing
