Job Summary - Vaco has partnered with a real-estate company and they have an opening for a Property Accountant who will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties and carrying out accounting procedures.

The client is offering generous PTO, 401k, and healthy benefits. Experience in residential accounting is a must.

Duties -

• Accounting related to assigned properties
• Recovery calculations
• CAM reconciliations
• Audit new leases into Yardi Voyager 7S
• Communicate with tenants regarding payments
• Lease charges
• Other duties as assigned

Essentials -

• B.S. in Accounting / Finance
• 3+ years of property accounting experience
• Must have experience with CAM reconciliation
• Experience with Yardi is a plus
• Proficient with MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills
