Overview
Job Summary : A Server at Red Mountain Resort plays a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests at the Canyon Breeze restaurant.
This position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
The Server must be knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to guest needs, and capable of delivering a high standard of service.

00 / hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Communicate effectively with guests, understanding and accommodating their needs and preferences. Take food and beverage orders accurately, relaying them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all orders are correct. Provide information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service. Follow all health and safety regulations, company policies, and responsible alcohol service.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on menu items and service standards.
Qualifications Preferred Qualifications and Skills : Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and carrying trays of food and beverages.
Willingness to follow instructions and take on new challenges. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $8.
