Sodexo Campus Segment has a great opportunity for you as a Food Operations Manager 3 at Southern Connecticut State University located in New Haven, Connecticut .
Sodexo Dining Services partners with SCSU to operate a comprehensive dining program which includes a resident dining location, popular retail food platforms, catering, summer conference business and more.
The successful candidate will :
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- Assumes General Manager’s (GM) responsibilities and authority in their absence
- deliver high quality food service;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- develop strategic plans;
- Provides supervision for food services at account / unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the company.
- Implements business practices in order to uphold company mission, values and commitments made in the Sodexo client contractual agreement.
- create a positive environment; and / or
- ensure Sodexo standards are met.
- Union experience is highly preferred.
