Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate financial records : Process and record daily transactions, including accounts payable / receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks.
- Prepare financial reports : Generate and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and manage payroll : Process payroll and manage employee tax filings and deductions within QuickBooks.
- Support tax preparation : Assist with preparing documentation and reports for tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy : Conduct regular audits of financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and identifying discrepancies for resolution.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience with QuickBooks (Intermediate to advanced level)
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- Team player
