Piper Companies is looking for a Strategy Associate in the Durham, North Carolina area for a Hybrid (3 days on-site) role.
The Strategy Associate will work for an organization that is empowering financial future with innovative annuity solutions.
Responsibilities for the Strategy Associate
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic business plans.
- Perform financial analysis to evaluate business performance and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic projects.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications for Strategy Associate
- 2-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field, with a strong background in financial modeling.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for effective data presentation and analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities.
- Driven, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for success.
- 3 days on site REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong background in finance and strategy.
- Can have background in Consulting
Compensation and Benefits for Strategy Associate
- Salary : $130,000- $150,000 + Bonus
