Must haves)

5+ years of experience related to procurement / sourcing and contracts management experience

Contract experience related to IT, SaaS and hardware contracts is required

Experience related to SaaS / hardware / licensing work. Understanding of licensing structure, creating a negotiation strategy, and writing contracts.

Experience redlining contracts (MSA or SOW) related to Terms and conditions coming from overarching MSA

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high volume of transactional contracts

Experience supporting a technology organization and partnering with different cross-functional teams to work through contracts (ie.

legal, security, vendor partners, etc.).

o Retail technology experience is highly preferred.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools.

Four-year undergraduate degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field)

o Background in legal is a plus
