We are hiring for a Salesforce Solution Architect or experienced Senior Consultant, with experience supporting a portfolio of Salesforce clients in a Managed Services environment.

Note : This is a full-time, remote position, with no sponsorship currently offered.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Architect, document, support the implementation of Salesforce solutions for projects that involve Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Work with Sales to scope projects for new and existing customers accurately. Describe the art of what's possible in Salesforce!
  • Build exceptional customer relationships, knowing their business better than they do, and leading them as a trusted advisor through the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Be the technical expert in the room. Use best practices to create technology with the right data model and feature set.
  • The ability to describe the "art of the possible" to new and existing clients, and collaborate with the Sales team to accurately scope new projects.

Required skills & experience :

  • You know Salesforce and can be upfront about what you can lead, can support and what you can't support.
  • You’re personable, charismatic, and can converse with anyone.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, utilizing critical thinking skills in combination with your Salesforce platform expertise to drive the success of your projects.
  • 3 or more years of consulting experience within the ecosystem, ability to lead client relationships.
  • Experience working as part of, or leading, a project team
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and (ideally) Experience Cloud experience
