The Senior Product Quality Engineer is tasked with ensuring quality across suppliers, subcontractors, and internal processes within the semiconductor industry.
This role involves developing, documenting, and implementing quality processes and procedures, as well as conducting physical and electrical measurements of components.

Description
- Support ISO initiatives through internal audit activities.
- Oversee CAPA tasks, including SCAR, PCAR, NCMR, and ISO audit findings.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve corrective actions and monitor PCN activity.
- Maintain quality documentation and history.
- Collaborate with failure analysis and reliability teams to support their initiatives.
- Organize and maintain quality documents, history, and results efficiently.
Profile
- 3+ years in Product Quality Engineering.
- Semiconductor / Electronics manufacturing experience with focus on product life cycle, troubleshooting, and process inspection.
- Strong ISO 9001 : 2015 and IATF16949 Automotive quality knowledge.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or CQE certification.
- Proficient in statistical analysis using JMP or Minitab.
- Experience with semiconductor quality and reliability systems.
- Familiarity with PLM systems like Omnify, Agile, or Matrix One preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of IC packaging and Semiconductor Reliability is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project leadership skills.
- BSEE, BSME, or equivalent degree. Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Visio is beneficial.
