Position : Part-time
Duties :
- Assist in setting up serving lines, snack bars, and drink stations before meal periods, ensuring all items are ready for service.
- Replenish food items and beverages throughout the meal service to ensure continuous availability for patrons.
- Clean and sanitize dining tables, chairs, and food service areas after each meal or when vacated by patrons, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Refill and clean condiment containers, napkin dispensers, tableware, and dining room supplies as needed.
- Operate dishwashing equipment, washing utensils, trays, cookware, and other kitchen items to meet health and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, including grills, ranges, ice machines, and coffee makers.
- Remove trash and recyclables from the dining facility, ensuring trash containers are clean and properly maintained.
- Ensure the dishwashing area and kitchen are orderly and clean at all times.
- Follow all personal hygiene and sanitation protocols, including frequent handwashing and wearing appropriate uniforms and hair restraints.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in dining facility or kitchen operations preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Commitment to adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
