Firstly Applicant must be a US residentAs a Junior Graphic Designer at RADIX Construction Inc you willplay a key role in creating and executing visually stunningmarketing materials that reflect the unique charm andsophistication of The Plateau.
You will work closely with ourmarketing team to develop designs that enhance our brands presenceacross various platforms including print digital and social media.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to create highqualityonbrand graphics for various channels including social media emailcampaigns print materials and website content.
Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity thataligns with Radix brand image.
Assist in thecreation of marketing collateral such as brochures flyers andadvertisements ensuring all materials are visually appealing andeffectively communicate our brand message.
Support the design needs of internal departments includingpresentations event materials and promotional items.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and incorporate bestpractices into design projects.
Manage multipleprojects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence toproject specifications.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or arelated field.
Proficiency in AdobeCreative Suite (Photoshop IllustratorInDesign).
Strong portfolioshowcasing a range of design skills and creativity.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye foraesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively in afastpaced environment and take constructive feedback.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Basic knowledge of web design and video editing is aplus.
