LI-Hybrid Responsibilities Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering : Lead the analysis of complex business problems and build business requirements for Quotation, Demand Processing, Sales, and Regulatory Compliance.
Utilize various techniques to gather and document business, functional, and user requirements, involving stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement and Project Definition : Collaborate with corporate stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements, processes, and system capabilities.
Aid in defining project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility, involving relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and vendor-managed solutions.
System Configuration and Collaboration : Configure ERP financial modules and collaborate with technical teams on functional and technical requirements.
Create deliverables for application development, system integration, and data migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Develop organizational change management frameworks and conduct user acceptance training to facilitate seamless adoption of system changes.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or equivalent. 5 years of experience leading ERP system implementations in areas of Sales & Marketing and / or Customer Service preferred.
4 years of hands-on experience with SAAS ERP preferred, Microsoft D365 experience desirable. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle phases and proficiency in writing functional and technical documentation.
Strong analytical, communication, and diagramming skills. Ability to provide business process guidance and manage multiple high-priority projects with varying deadlines.
Familiarity with cloud IT landscapes.
