We are hiring a motivated and professional Marketing & Customer Service Representative to assist with our nationwide campaigns for renowned nonprofit charities .

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service .
  • Update and maintain donor profiles using client dashboards for accurate record-keeping.
  • Stay informed about campaign developments to provide knowledgeable support to clients.
  • Attend campaign meetings to align with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Participate in marketing workshops to sharpen skills and techniques.
  • Engage with customers face-to-face at events, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor .
  • Manage customer inquiries by identifying needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve skills through ongoing training and stay updated on industry trends.
