Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Claims Representative II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing property claims with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their claims are handled effectively.
Essential Functions
- Investigate, validate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle all claims assigned.
- Submit reserve recommendations on assigned claims.
- Communicate with the public regarding procedures, problems, and coverages.
- Negotiate fair settlement with individual claimants or attorneys.
- Maintain claim files and follow departmental reporting procedures.
- Report risk reviews to the Underwriting department.
- Participate in training and continuing education courses as requested or required.
- Prepare estimates on property losses.
Additional Responsibilities
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years relatable experience required
License / Certification
AIC Certification (Required)

Pay : $76,500.00 per year
