As the technology in our aircraft becomes more advanced, so does our need for more advanced and specialized care of all of our systems.
It’s the job of Mobility Air Forces Integrated Communication / Navigation / Mission Systems specialists to inspect, remove and install integrated avionics systems on our aircraft.
From video display and electronic warfare systems to flight instruments and traffic-collision avoidance systems, these specialists ensure every system they work on works perfectly whenever it’s needed.
- Operate and maintain communication, navigation and mission systems
- Diagnose malfunctions using schematics and wiring diagrams
- Inspect and verify operational status and configuration of avionics systems and software
- Establish methods and performance standards
- Supervise and assist in aircraft ground servicing and launch / recovery operations

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY
MINIMUM EDUCATION
A High School Senior (age 17 or older)*, High school diploma, a GED, or 15 college semester hours
High School Students may start their application as early as the end of their junior year.
