Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Technical Analyst / Project Manager to join a federal program in support of the DCAA on Ft. Belvoir .
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst with familiarity of Department of Defense (DoD) policy and general best practices, including records management and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
The ideal candidate will serve in a complete consulting role from entry through implementation, analyzing our current legal processes, mapping those processes, suggesting policy improvements, and implementing systems for e-discovery and case management.
This position will involve working with IT and other offices to ensure the recommended systems and processes are implemented.
The Technical Analyst will also be responsible for low / no code development and training for MS 365 tools, providing "over-the-shoulder" training, developing case management and e-discovery tools, and implementing metrics through Power BI.
The goal is to improve office function and automation for the full scope of the Office of General Counsel (OGC) function.
Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze current legal processes within the federal government, focusing on compliance with DoD policy and best practices.
- Map existing processes and suggest improvements to policies and procedures related to records management and e-discovery.
- Implement systems for e-discovery and case management, ensuring alignment with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Work with IT and other offices to facilitate the adoption of recommended systems and processes.
- Develop and deliver training on MS 365 tools, including "over-the-shoulder" training sessions.
- Utilize low / no code development platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and MS 365 productivity applications (e.
g., Outlook, Word) to create case management and e-discovery tools.
- Leverage SharePoint Online (SPO), Purview Premium, and other MS 365 features to enhance office function and automation.
- Develop metrics and reporting solutions using Power BI to track the effectiveness of implemented systems and processes.
- Collaborate with the OGC to improve overall office function and streamline automation for the full scope of OGC activities.
Required Skills :
- Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Desired Certifications : MCSA, MCTS, PMI-ACP, Microsoft Power Platform (PL-100, PL-300, or PL0500)
- Expertise in MS365 Tools
- Experience in SharePoint, Teams and Onedrive
Compensation :
- $95,000-$125,000 (depending on experience)
