Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. The PM includes all service support and service management processes (in line with ITIL / ASL definitions), and other processes required for project-specific engagements as part of the ongoing services to our clients.

The PM will work closely with project technical leads with a focus on ServiceNow, Salesforce and cloud technology projects.

As a Technical Project Manager you will :

  • Coordinate with technical leads for Agile Delivery Program with cloud-based technology stacks across teams who can consider bigger picture goals when making decisions and presenting issues
  • Develop project schedules, product roadmaps, and implementation plans
  • Manage work streams and coordinate resources across multiple development teams at a Platform level
  • Set up policies and procedures surrounding Salesforce / ServiceNow governance
  • Gather and present metrics regarding project status to clients, technical leads, and CGS Program Manager
  • Proactively develop and implement efficiency improvements that can be implemented in several areas
  • Facilitate effective communication and establish risk and issue mitigation plans to promote project success
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation such as system requirements in a continuous testing and deployment environment
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members and leadership on the importance of Agile and how to implement

Required Qualifications :

  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or engineering or a related field or 11 years of professional experience
  • 8 Years of experience in IT in a Projectized environment, with direct experience managing a ServiceNow or Salesforce implementation
  • Knowledge of governance and establishing policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage at a Platform level
  • Hands-On Experience with Agile System Development methodologies
  • Ability to prioritize and display a high level of adaptability / flexibility while handling job responsibilities
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
  • Proficient in the use of tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, think outside the box / about the big picture, and goal-driven (do-er)
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum and Agile techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement, Technical Debt, PI Planning)

Preferred Qualifications :

  • PMP certification is a plus
  • SAFe certification is a plus
  • Salesforce certification is a plus
  • ServiceNow certification is a plus
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience is a plus
