Job Description
Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to a highly committed team of Resideo and ADI Global Distribution executives.
You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy frequent interaction with internal employees and external customers.
You will contribute your strong organizational and communications skills to ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning, and other administrative business processes.
You will provide superior administrative support to leaders, enabling them to manage their time efficiently. You will grow and develop your technical and interpersonal skills while focusing on client support.
You will be an integral part of a team-based culture and friendly working environment.
JOB DUTIES :
- Manage extensive Outlook calendars for senior management sales leaders
- Plan sales executives complex travel reservations using CONCUR for meetings, presentations and attendance at national and international conferences.
- Assist North America (NA) sale field associates with travel inquiries
- Process expense reports and invoices for senior management, NA field management and branches
- Manage Executive Fleet Program of 100+ ADI accounts (transition of employee fleet acquisitions, reassignments, terminations) working closely with RESIDEO / Leasing
- Coordinate and prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR)
- Collect weekly field NA employee requisitions (terms / replacements) for HR review
- Provide customer support and answer customer inquiries
- Assist and support new management hires with transition into the company and their roles
- Maintains all distribution lists for NA sales team
- Manage supplies and other indirect purchases
YOU MUST HAVE :
- 5+ administrative assistance experience
- 5+ years experience booking travel / expenses
- Microsoft office experience
