The Role : Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the heart of our operations, helping customers find the perfect products for their homes and ensuring they have a top-notch experience from start to finish.
Your expertise will guide customers through their options, turning leads into loyal clients and helping us maintain our standard of excellence.
What You’ll Do :
- Master Our Products : Develop a deep understanding of our product range to offer expert advice and personalized solutions.
- Drive Sales : Use your sales skills to exceed customer expectations and close deals.
- Create Estimates : Prepare accurate job quotes and track sales opportunities using our CRM.
- Expand Networks : Build and nurture relationships within the residential construction industry to grow your client base.
- Collaborate with the Team : Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Set and Achieve Goals : Monitor your sales objectives to help drive company growth.
- Continue Learning : Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product innovations.
What We’re Looking For :
- At least 3 years of retail sales experience .
- Sales training or formal education in a related field is useful, but not mandatory.
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 .
- Availability to work at least two Saturdays a month (with extra pay or time off provided).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.

- Salary : Competitive base salary ($45,000 - $55,000) plus commission.
