What Your Role Is
As a Project Manager , you will play a crucial role in managing small to mid-scale construction projects across the region.
Your responsibilities include :
- Project Management : Utilize established methodologies to oversee all phases of the construction lifecycle, ensuring project success.
- Team Leadership : Provide guidance and support to project teams, resolving issues and coordinating resources effectively.
- Risk Management : Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring smooth operations throughout project phases.
- Communication : Serve as the single point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust.
What Skills You Will Need
To succeed in this role, you will need :
- Proven Experience : Strong background in managing large-scale projects, particularly in the construction and utility sectors.
- Certification : PMP Certification and completion of relevant project management training.
Minimum Requirements :
- Educational Background : BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- Experience : 5-10+ years in project management roles.
