We are seeking individuals like you for our client in Waddell, AZ as a Machine Operator!
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a production environment. This role involves setting up machines, monitoring their operation, and ensuring that products are produced efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.

- Shift : 5 : 45 am - 6 pm / 5 : 45 pm - 6 am OT AVAILABLE

Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet established specifications and standards.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, quality, and machine performance.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubricating, to ensure optimal operation.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a related manufacturing role preferred.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices in food production is preferred.
- Familiarity with various types of machinery and production processes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and shift work as needed.
