We are searching for a highly talented Automations Controls Engineer to join our team. This individual should have experience with robotics and cnc machining.
Please see below the essential job functions and requirements.
Essential Job Functions :
- Machine tending automation system cell controller design
- CNC machine tool, robot, washer, gage / CMM, marker, etc. automation equipment interfacing
- Electrical wiring, troubleshooting and various automation peripherals setup
- Program PLC / HMI (Allen-Bradley preferred), robot (Fanuc) and vision (iRvision or Cognex)
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in EE / ME / CS Engineering
- Familiar with manufacturing automation / industrial robotic system
- Strong electrical design, wiring and troubleshooting capabilities
- Proficient in PLC / HMI / Robot / Vision programming
- Proficient in mechanical assembly and electrical troubleshooting
- Familiar with major industrial protocols (Ethernet / IP, Profibus, Profinet, etc.)
- Familiar with safety circuit and safety relay / controller configuration
